Data Center Decommissioning
Rack-to-dock decommissioning: serialized asset capture, de-installation, NIST 800-88 drive erasure, and remarketing of the recoverable gear — with the resale value offsetting, sometimes exceeding, the service cost. Chain of custody runs from the first touch at the rack to the settlement report. The process
- Scoping call + manifest review (rack elevations or asset lists welcome).
- On-site: serialized intake of every asset, photographed at the rack.
- NIST 800-88 erasure for every drive, with the erasure report on request.
- Recovery-value settlement against the manifest, line by line; paid by ACH or wire within two business days of inspection.

Service area
On-site across New England; component mail-in nationwide, freight arranged and paid for pallet lots. SellUsedRAM is the buyback desk of Atlas ITAD LLC, a Rhode Island IT asset disposition company. We buy decommissioned server memory, enterprise SSDs, CPUs and network cards outright and at pallet scale, take title to the whole lot, arrange and pay for the freight, and settle by ACH or wire after inspection.
