Is there a minimum order for laptops & macs?
No — there is no order minimum, so a single unit is worth sending. You can also combine anything we buy into one shipment and get one quote for the lot. The prepaid label is free on every accepted quote.
What do I need to do before shipping a laptop?
Back up, sign out, and turn off Activation Lock / Find My (we walk you through it) — we can't pay for locked units. Ship with the battery installed via our UPS Ground label; the packing instructions cover the lithium-battery rules.
How fast do I get a real number and real money?
