The business desk

Selling bulk server RAM, or clearing a data center?

The business desk buys decommissioned IT equipment from companies, schools, and MSPs — with the paperwork your auditor actually asks for, and a published Payout Index so you can see the market before you even call.

Memory coming out at pallet scale? The bulk desk publishes lot-level payouts, takes mixed and untested lots, and settles by ACH or wire within two business days of inspection.

Manifest quotes within one business day Chain of custody, serial by serial NIST 800-88 certificates per drive On-site across New England

How a business lot works

  1. Send the manifest — spreadsheet, asset list, or honestly a photo of the racks.
  2. Line-priced quote from the same engine behind the public index, within one business day.
  3. Pickup (New England) or freight/prepaid labels; serialized intake on camera.
  4. Bench testing, certified destruction for every drive, settlement with the full document package.

What the desk handles

Business services are delivered by Atlas ITAD LLC — SellUsedRAM.com is the consumer buyback brand of the same team and the same bench.

Start the conversation

Email the manifest to quotes@sellusedram.com or use the quote form (the message field takes lot descriptions happily). PO and W-9 friendly; ACH or wire on settlement. Net terms are a service-side option for repeat programs, never something we ask a seller to accept: gear we buy is paid on inspection.

Dealers & wholesale buyers

We sell as well as buy. Tested, graded inventory — server RAM, enterprise SSDs, and CPUs — moves to dealers, refurbishers, and wholesale buyers on a rolling basis. Email quotes@sellusedram.com with the subject Wholesale for the current list. Serious volume inquiries are welcome, and international buyers are fine.
