- Pickup (New England) or freight/prepaid labels; serialized intake on camera.
- Bench testing, certified destruction for every drive, settlement with the full document package.

Net terms are a service-side option for repeat programs, never something we ask a seller to accept: gear we buy is paid on inspection.
