Quote locks
Your firm quote locks for 7 days — 72 hours on the hottest fast-moving items (the email states which). The package needs a carrier postmark inside the window. Miss it? Re-quoting takes 60 seconds. Market drops after we quote? We pay the quote anyway. Market jumps more than 10% before you ship? We've been known to re-quote up.

Cracked screens, board damage, or liquid = decline or by-hand salvage quote. Activation Lock/MDM at intake = payment held until removed (we walk you through it); unresolved in 14 days = free return. We never buy locked units. CPUs: working pull 1.00 (POST-verified) · new tray 1.10 · bent pads declined.
Revisions — the trust core
If testing disagrees with your description, you get an email with bench photos and a revised offer. Two buttons: accept it, or take the free return — shipped back within 5 business days at our cost, no restocking games. No response? Reminders for 30 days, one final notice, and after 60 days total items are processed per the terms of service.
Shipping is on us — and so is the packaging
You never pay to ship to us. The moment you accept a quote, we email a prepaid label: RAM, SSDs, CPUs, and network cards go USPS Ground Advantage; laptops go UPS Ground with the battery installed under the UN 3481 rules, packing instructions attached. Orders over $400 are insured at declared value.
We ship you the box — supplies and all.
No scrounging for packaging or risking bent pins in a padded envelope. We mail you a box and packing supplies with your prepaid label already on it. We ship the box to you, you pack the gear, send it back. Simple as that — the cash follows once we test.
Selling from outside the US? We still buy — we just arrange the inbound shipment with you first. Start a quote and mention where you are.
Payment
Zelle (default — free, instant), PayPal, or a mailed check; ACH for orders over $1,000. Payment goes to the name on the order only, within 48 hours of test completion. No crypto — deliberately.
