What a decommission is actually worth

Figures render live from the index and move with the weekly reprice. Indicative figures are past payouts and estimates, not binding offers, and a lot this size is priced by the desk against condition and mix. The firm quote is the offer. The index is public, so you can check any part yourself.
We are picky about volume, not condition
Mixed brands, mixed speeds, untested pulls, partial lots: all fine. Sorted trays or straight out of the racks, both fine. You do not need to test anything, clean anything, or split anything by part number before it ships. Every module is serial-logged at intake, so the lot stays auditable even when it arrives as a pile.
Volume pricing
- 8+ of the same part number: +3%, automatic, already built into every quote.
- 32+ of the same part number: +6%, automatic. Both bonuses apply per line, so a lot deep in one part number earns more than the same count spread thin across forty.
- 100+ units: the business desk. A firm, itemized bid priced line by line against the same published index, with condition and mix read on the actual goods.
How a bulk deal runs
- Send the list. Part numbers and quantities, or just photograph the labels; the quote form takes photos. A rack-scale mixed list is fine; we buy drives, CPUs, NICs, and boards off the same pallet.
- Firm itemized quote within one business day, valid for your lock window. Firm means firm: if the goods match the description, the number does not move.
- We arrange and pay for shipping: parcel for boxes, freight for pallets, insured to the carrier's declared-value limit. Above that limit a lot ships as several insured shipments rather than one underinsured pallet.
- Serial-level intake. Every module is logged individually at receiving: serials, date codes, spec against label. Ask and we will share that record for your lot.
- Paid by ACH or wire within two business days of inspection. If inspection disagrees with your description, you get photo evidence and a choice: revised offer or free return shipping.

Very large lots move as staged shipments, each one paid on its own arrival, so you are never waiting on the whole pallet to clear before any money reaches you.

Send them on the same manifest; we buy enterprise SSDs, CPUs, network cards, and boards off the same pallet. Standard DDR4 and DDR5 DIMMs hold nothing once powered off; persistent-memory modules such as NVDIMM and Optane are the exception, and we handle those like storage. Do you take mixed or untested lots?
