Verify us before you ship

Sending hardware to a company you found online deserves a check. Here is everything you need to do one, and what to ask us for if you want more.

Legal entity

Atlas ITAD LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company, entity number 001813257, organized July 2026. The business has traded in used enterprise hardware since 2020.

Address and registered agent

700 Narragansett Park Dr, Suite 100, Pawtucket, RI 02861. That is the office of our registered agent, Northwest Registered Agent, and our mailing address for paperwork. Inbound hardware is received at a commercial mailbox, which is why we never publish a warehouse address. If you want to confirm the receiving address before shipping, ask and we will put it in writing on your purchase order.

IRS Form W-9.
A written purchase order before you ship, and a remittance record after payment.
A sample erasure report from our own bench, so you can see exactly what you get back for every drive we erase.

Reviews

Our reviews live on Trustpilot, where we cannot edit or remove them. We do not pay for, seed, or incentivize reviews. A selection is reproduced on our reviews page.

How you get paid

Zelle, PayPal, mailed check, ACH on orders over $1,000, or wire on request over $5,000. Always to the name on the order, never to a third party, within 48 hours of test completion. The full policy is in our Terms of Service.

New to us and shipping a large lot?

Ship a pilot first. Send a first box worth $5,000 to $10,000. We count and photograph it on arrival, test it, and pay you within 48 hours of testing. Only then do you ship the rest, at the same price per module as the pilot. If we ever miss a payment date, you keep the rest.
